Understanding the Birthdays Tab
Birthdays aren't entered separately, they come straight from each member's profile.
Where the data comes from
The Birthdays tab under Life Events doesn't require separate manual entry, it's built directly from each member's date of birth on their profile, add or correct a birth date on the member record itself and it reflects here automatically.
What you can do here
Browse upcoming birthdays by month, useful for planning recognition during a service, and this same data powers Birthday automation if you have it turned on.
A member with no birth date on file simply won't appear here or receive an automated birthday message, there's no separate "add a birthday" flow outside of the member's own profile.
