Recording a Baptism
Baptism records currently support registered members only, and what's still on the way.
Who can be recorded
Sermfy's baptism records currently support registered members only, there's no separate "candidate" path for someone not yet a member, if someone isn't yet in your membership records, add them as a member first.
Adding a record
From Life Events, then Baptism, select the member and record the date and any notes.
Baptism Certificate generation (a printable PDF certificate, similar to a Membership Card) is planned but not available yet, today's Baptism tab records the event itself, not a certificate document.
Where it shows up
A recorded baptism appears on the member's own profile alongside their other Life Events history, giving a full picture of their journey with the church in one place.
