Adding a record
From Life Events, then Funeral, create a new record for a member who has passed, with the date and any relevant notes.
Sensitivity of this data
Funeral records remain visible in the member's Life Events history for pastoral and record-keeping purposes, treat access to this tab with the same care you'd give any sensitive member information.
If your church wants to send a specific message or care follow-up around a funeral, that's currently a manual Broadcast or Follow-Up action, there's no dedicated funeral automation today.
