Children's Ministry Launches, Plus Visitor and Form Upgrades
Children's Ministry is now a dedicated module: register children with their own records, guardians, classes, and attendance, fully separate from the main Members list with its own permissions. Visitors gained bulk-select and delete, a profile picture field, and an email field. Date and month pickers across Sermfy's forms now support typing to search, every date picker got a fast year-jump control, and tapping menus and navigation now gives immediate visual feedback.

Clearer Offering Entry Dates and Admin Backdating
Every offering now shows exactly who entered it and when, separate from its transaction date, so a backdated entry no longer looks like it reverted to today. Admins can now backdate an offering's entry date when recording or editing one, for accurately entering historical records. The service picker for a recurring event now shows every past and upcoming session instead of just one date.

Partner Program Launch, Plus Baptism Officiating Ministers
Sermfy now has a Partner Program: apply to become a partner, refer churches, and track referrals, commissions, and payouts from your own Partner Portal, separate from church and admin logins. Baptisms can now be recorded for someone who isn't already a Member, with an Officiating Minister assigned from your church's own list of ministers, and a Baptism Certificate generated right from the baptism record.

New Baptism Certificate Templates
Baptism Certificate is now its own document type, split out from Membership Card with its own place in the Documents navigation. Two new certificate styles are available to customize — Modern Wave Card and Classic Baptism Certificate — with editable title and statement text, plus scale and position controls for every element, so a certificate can be phrased and laid out exactly the way your church wants it.

Group Contributions, Meeting Attendance, and Mobile Groups
Groups gained a full Contributions ledger for dues, funeral collections, wedding collections, and other group-specific giving, kept completely separate from church-wide Finance — contributions can be one-time or recurring, with optional fixed amounts and partial payments. The Meetings tab now supports marking attendance and ending a meeting directly, with Upcoming/Completed/All filters. Leaders and admins now show as badges in the Members tab instead of a separate Leaders tab, and Group detail pages are now full-screen on mobile with quick-add buttons.

Faster Member Search Everywhere You Record Giving
Recording a Tithe, Fund Contribution, Expense, or Salary now loads your member list instantly instead of searching as you type. Member search overall is noticeably faster, and Sender ID requests can now include spaces in the name. Duplicate zero-amount rows in a member's giving history have also been cleaned up.

Smarter Offering Links, Standardized Dates, and Full Names
Offerings can now link to an Event plus one of its specific services, not just one or the other. Every date shown across Sermfy now uses the same consistent format, and every displayed name now includes a middle name when one is on file. People, Groups, Events, and Communication overview pages all gained Year/Month/Date range filters, and the Offerings and Visitors pages got real search and pagination. Create/Edit forms now open full-page on mobile for easier typing on a phone.

Sera is now live on your Dashboard. Sera Insights surfaces a handful of proactive cards worth your attention — consecutive member absences, an attendance dip, a first-time visitor who hasn't been followed up with, or a feature your church hasn't tried yet — each with a real action button and a 'Why am I seeing this?' explanation. Ask Sera lets you type plain-language questions about your own church's attendance, members, visitors, and follow-ups, and answers with a direct response, an insight, and a suggested next step, respecting the same permissions you already have everywhere else in Sermfy.

You can now chat with the Sermfy Help Center straight from a small assistant in the corner of any help page, and hand off to a real support agent in real time when you need one.
