Understanding the Attendance History Page

What each row represents, how to filter by type, and what the bulk actions do.

What each row represents

Every closed service session appears as a row, with its date, service, total attendance, and computed rate. Rows are clickable, opening full session detail without leaving the History page.

Filtering

Filter by date range or by Type, Check-in (individual scan-or-search check-in) versus Headcount (a single number entered for the whole service, no per-person record).

Use Type filtering when comparing rates across services that use different attendance-capture methods, mixing Check-in and Headcount sessions in one comparison can be misleading since only Check-in sessions carry true per-person accuracy.

Bulk actions

Select multiple rows to bulk-export a summary CSV or bulk-delete sessions, both act on exactly the rows you've selected, nothing else.
