Creating and Publishing an Event
Set up an event, give it a cover image, and understand what publishing actually does.
Basic setup
From Events, choose Create Event and fill in the name, date, time, and venue. An event can be a single date or generate recurring service sessions, depending on how you configure it.
Adding a cover image
Give your event a cover image and it automatically becomes the feature image whenever the event's public or registration link is shared on WhatsApp, Facebook, or similar, replacing the generic Sermfy branding that would otherwise show.
Upload a cover image before sharing the link publicly for the first time, link preview caching on some platforms means an image added after the first share may take time to update in previews people already generated.
Publishing
An event isn't visible on any public page until you publish it, this lets you finish setting up registration and details privately first.
