Exporting an Attendance Report
Choose scope and color mode for a PDF export, and how bulk exports differ from a single-session export.
Getting to the export
From a service's attendance modal or from Attendance History, use Export to generate a PDF report, choose Attendees only, Absentees only, or Both, plus Colored or Black & White.
What's included
The report includes your church logo, branch, and service details up top, four summary stat cards, and full attendee/absentee tables with status badges, multi-page reports repeat the table header on every page.
Bulk-selecting multiple sessions in Attendance History produces a lighter summary CSV (Event, Service, Date, Total, Rate, Type) instead of full attendee lists, useful for a quick month-over-month comparison rather than a per-person record.
Headcount-only sessions
A session recorded as a simple headcount (rather than individual check-ins) can't produce a full attendee-list PDF, since there's no per-person data to include, the per-row export option is disabled for these.
