Restoring a Deleted Form or Submission from Trash

Where Trash lives
Forms, then Trash, lists both deleted Forms and deleted Submissions still within their 30-day self-service window, each with its own Restore button.
What's recoverable, and for how long
Sermfy keeps deleted Forms and Submissions for 30 days for self-service restore, and up to 6 months in total before permanent removal, though only the 30-day self-restore is something you can do yourself today.
This Trash currently covers Forms and Submissions only, it does not extend to Members, Groups, or other modules. Don't assume a deleted record elsewhere in Sermfy can be restored the same way, check that module's own delete behavior first.
Best practice
If you're not sure whether a form is still needed, delete it rather than leaving unused drafts cluttering your list, it's fully recoverable for 30 days, which is more forgiving than most churches expect the first time they use it.
