Managing Form Submissions: View, Copy Link, QR Code, and Delete
What each row action on the Submissions summary page actually does.
Where to find it
From the Submissions summary page (Forms, then Submissions), each form with at least one response shows a row-actions menu.
What each action does
- View Submissions - opens the full per-form submissions list
- Copy Link - copies the form's real public sharing link
- QR Code - generates a scannable code pointing to the same public link
- Delete Submissions - soft-deletes all of that form's submissions in one action, creating a Trash entry you can restore from within 30 days
Only forms with at least one submission appear on the Submissions summary page, a published form sitting at zero responses simply won't show up here yet, that's expected, not a bug.
Best practice
Use Delete Submissions sparingly and deliberately, it removes every response for that form at once. If you only need to remove a handful of bad or test submissions, delete those individually from the per-form Submissions list instead.
