Where to Find and Download Generated Documents
Generated cards live on the member's own profile, plus how bulk downloads work.
Finding a card you already generated
Every generated document is saved against the member's record, open a member's profile and look for their Documents section to find any cards already issued to them, rather than searching through a generation history list.
Bulk downloads
After a bulk generation job finishes, Sermfy offers a single combined download alongside the individual per-member files, useful when you need to hand a whole batch to a printer at once.
Generated documents don't expire or get deleted automatically. If a member's details change after a card was issued (a new phone number, for example), the old card remains as-issued, generate a new one to reflect current data.
