Customizing Your Membership Card Template
What you can and can't customize today, and how changes are saved.
What you can currently customize
Today's template customization covers which of the available fields appear on the card and basic layout adjustments through the template editor, live preview updates as you make changes.
What's not available yet
Full freeform drag-and-resize positioning of every element is planned but not built yet, current customization works within the existing fixed layout rather than letting you place elements anywhere on the card.
If you only need to change which fields show (say, hiding Branch for a single-branch church), that's fully supported today even without freeform positioning.
Saving changes
Saving a customization creates a new version scoped to your church only, following the same fork-on-save behavior described in Understanding Document Templates and Versions.
