Sending a Message from a Member or Visitor's Profile
Send a one-off message straight from a member or visitor's own record without setting up a full broadcast.
Sending from the profile drawer
Click into a member or visitor's individual record to open their profile drawer, from there you can send a message directly to that one person, without setting up a full broadcast to reach them.
When this beats a broadcast
A broadcast is built for reaching many people at once, sending from the profile drawer is better for a one-off, personal message, a follow-up after a visit, a quick check-in, something that doesn't need to go to your whole list.
