Adding a Branch Admin
How to assign someone admin access scoped to a specific branch, including what happens if they don't have a login yet.
Where to go
Open Branches, select the branch you want to manage, and open its Admins tab. The assignment applies only to that branch.
If the member doesn't have a login yet
Sermfy creates a real account for them automatically and shows you a one-time credentials screen. This isn't emailed automatically, so make sure you pass the credentials along before closing that screen.
If they already have a login
If the member's email is already tied to an existing account, Sermfy links the existing account instead of creating a duplicate.
Removing an admin doesn't delete their history - it deactivates their access while preserving the audit trail. Reassigning them the same role later reactivates it cleanly.
