Why Sera Sometimes Says It Doesn't Have Enough Data Yet
Explains why Sera tells you it lacks enough data instead of guessing, and what that response actually means.
Honesty over guessing
If your church doesn't have enough attendance or membership history to answer a question honestly, Sera says so directly rather than inventing a statistic to sound confident, an answer that looks precise but isn't grounded in real data isn't useful to you.
What "not enough data" looks like
This comes up most for newer churches or newer features, if you've only run Check-in a handful of times, Sera won't manufacture a trend out of it, and if you ask about attendance history that predates when your church started using Sermfy, it will tell you that plainly instead of filling in gaps.
Nothing wrong on your end
Seeing this response doesn't mean you've done anything wrong or set something up incorrectly, it just means the data needed to answer confidently isn't there yet, and it will be as you keep using Sermfy.
