Action buttons attached to answers
Sera answers and insight cards both come with action buttons, things like Add Member, Record Offering, View Attendance, Try Check-in, Follow Up, or Follow Up Visitors, and every one of them is a real shortcut into that part of Sermfy, not a placeholder.
Where a button takes you
Pressing a button takes you straight into the actual screen or flow needed to complete that action, so you go from reading an insight to doing something about it without having to go find the right place in Sermfy yourself.
Best practice
Treat the action buttons as the fastest path to follow-through, when Sera surfaces something worth acting on, using the attached button in the moment is quicker than reading the insight, closing it, and navigating there separately later.
