Sera Insights on your Dashboard

Sera Insights are the proactive side of Sera, cards that appear on your Dashboard on their own, surfacing things like a member's consecutive absences, an overall attendance decline, an unfollowed first-time visitor, an unused feature, or a suggested next step for a newer church, without you having to type a question to get them.

Why you won't see a long list

Only a few cards show at once by design, Sera is built to avoid dumping ten or twenty alerts on you at once, so if it finds several similar findings, it combines them into a single card rather than listing each one separately.

If several members are each showing a similar pattern, like multiple consecutive-absence cases at once, Sera will often combine them into one card instead of giving each person a separate alert, so a single card can represent more than one finding underneath it.

What each card includes

Every card comes with a "Why am I seeing this?" explanation and at least one action button that takes you straight into the relevant part of Sermfy, so a card is never just a notice, it's paired with a way to actually do something about it.

Best practice

Check your Dashboard for new insight cards regularly rather than only when something feels off, the cards are deliberately kept short and few, so reviewing them takes seconds and catches things you might not think to look for on your own.
