Understanding "Why Am I Seeing This?" on a Sera Insight
Explains what the 'Why am I seeing this?' panel on a Sera Insight card actually shows you.
What the panel shows
Every Sera Insight card includes a "Why am I seeing this?" panel, it explains the data behind the card in plain terms, so instead of just trusting a headline like "attendance is declining," you can see what specifically led Sera to that conclusion.
Why it matters
This panel is what keeps Sera's insights from feeling like a black box, you're not being asked to take a finding on faith, you can check the reasoning yourself before deciding whether to act on it, dismiss it, or dig further with a question in Ask Sera.
Best practice
Get in the habit of opening this panel before acting on a card, especially for anything you plan to bring to a staff meeting or a conversation with a member, knowing exactly what data is behind a finding makes it easier to explain and easier to trust.
