What Sera is
Sera is Sermfy's AI Church Intelligence Assistant, built directly into the product rather than bolted on as a separate tool, it looks at your church's real attendance, membership, and activity data and turns it into plain-language findings you can act on.
Two ways you'll meet Sera
Sera shows up in two places, Sera Insights are proactive cards that appear on your Dashboard without you asking for anything, and Ask Sera is a chat where you type a plain-language question and get an answer back, both draw from the same underlying data, they just differ in whether Sera speaks up first or waits for you to ask.
How Sera thinks about your data
Sera states what the data shows, a member missed three services in a row, attendance is trending down, a first-time visitor hasn't been followed up with, it doesn't guess at why, and it never makes a pastoral judgment about what a pattern means for a specific person, that part stays with your church's leadership.
Best practice
Spend a few minutes checking both places, the Dashboard cards and a chat question or two, so you get a feel for how Sera phrases things before you start relying on it day to day.
