Dismissing or Acting on a Sera Insight

Two things you can do with a card

Every Sera Insight card gives you two options, dismiss it if it's not something you need to act on, or use the attached action button to go handle it directly in Sermfy, there's no third option where a card just sits there indefinitely with nothing to do about it.

When to dismiss vs act

Dismiss a card when you've already handled the underlying situation another way, or when it genuinely doesn't need action, like a positive growth insight you've simply noted, act on a card when the suggested step, Add Member, Record Offering, Follow Up, and so on, is something that still needs doing.

Best practice

Don't dismiss a card just to clear it off your Dashboard without addressing what's underneath it, the cards are already limited in number by design, so if one is showing, it's there because it's worth a real look first.
