Asking Sera Follow-Up Questions in the Same Conversation
Shows how to ask Sera natural follow-up questions using pronouns without repeating yourself.
Keeping context across questions
Ask Sera supports natural back-and-forth, you don't have to restate everything in every question, you can ask a follow-up the way you would in a normal conversation and Sera carries the context forward.
How pronoun resolution works
If you ask "which members have missed three services in a row" and then follow up with "how many of them missed last Sunday too," Sera resolves "them" against the group from your previous answer, rather than treating the second question as unrelated.
Pronoun resolution depends on the conversation staying reasonably close together, if you jump to a completely different topic and then circle back with "them," be specific again, Sera will ask for clarification rather than guess at which group you mean.
Best practice
Use follow-ups to narrow down rather than starting a fresh question each time, it's faster, and it mirrors how you'd naturally dig into a number with a staff member.
