Viewing a Member's Contribution and Attendance History in a Group
Pull up one member's contribution and attendance record for a specific group, without exposing anything outside that group.
Where to find it
From a group's Members tab, open the menu on an individual member and choose View Details, this brings up that member's history within this specific group.
What it shows
View Details covers two things, the member's contribution history for this group, and their attendance within this group's meetings, both scoped strictly to the group you're viewing.
View Details never shows a member's finance records or their attendance at the church's main services, only what's happened inside this particular group.
Best practice
Check a member's View Details before following up on a missed dues payment or an attendance gap, it's faster than piecing together the same information from the Contributions ledger and the Meetings tab separately.
