Marking Attendance from the Group Meetings Tab
Record who attended a specific group meeting directly from that meeting's row in the Meetings tab.
Finding the meeting
In a group's Meetings tab, each meeting occurrence appears as its own row, tap a row open to view its details.
Marking attendance
From within a meeting's details, you can mark attendance for that specific occurrence directly, attendance is tracked per meeting, so a member's record reflects exactly which occurrences they were present for.
Editing a meeting
The same meeting row also has a menu with an option to edit the meeting, useful if a date, time, or other detail needs correcting after the fact.
Best practice
Mark attendance for a meeting as soon as it wraps up, while it's still easy to remember who was actually in the room, rather than trying to reconstruct it from memory days later.
