Automating Attendance Report Delivery
Send a service's attendance summary automatically once the session closes, instead of exporting one by hand.
What it does
When a service session is closed, Sermfy can automatically send a summary, attendance count, absentees, guests, to a chosen recipient or role, instead of someone manually exporting a PDF every week.
Setting it up
Under Settings, then Automation, then Attendance Report, choose which role(s) should receive it and turn the toggle on.
This automation depends on a service session actually being closed. A session left open indefinitely won't trigger a report, see Resuming an Abandoned Check-In Session.
What's in the message
The automated message summarizes total attendance, the computed attendance rate, and counts of guests and first-timers, it links back to the full exportable PDF report rather than including the whole report inline.
