Sending Automatic Event Registration Confirmations
Confirm a registration the moment someone signs up for an event, without a manual step.
What it does
The moment someone submits an event registration, whether through the public registration page or added manually, Sermfy can immediately send them a confirmation message without any manual step.
What the confirmation includes
By default it confirms the event name, date, and venue using the same @@event_name, @@event_date, and @@venue merge fields available in Communication.
Turning it on
Under Settings, then Automation, then Event Registration Confirmation, enable the toggle and adjust the template to match your event's tone.
This is separate from any registration QR code. The confirmation message is text-only, the QR (if enabled for the event) is generated on the registration success screen itself.
