Using the Help Button on the Sign-In Page
Get help before you're even logged in using the dedicated Help button right on Sermfy's sign-in page.
Help before you're signed in
The Sermfy sign-in page has its own dedicated Help button, built for situations where you need help before you're even logged in yet, a forgotten password, trouble accessing your account, or questions about signing in at all.
When to use this instead of the in-app option
The in-app Help & Support icon isn't available until you're signed in, so for anything blocking you from getting in, this is the entry point to reach the Help Center or support instead of getting stuck at the login screen.
Best practice
If you're helping a new staff member or volunteer get set up, point them to the sign-in page's Help button as their first stop if they run into trouble logging in, it gets them help without needing someone else to intervene first.
