Using the Help & Support Icon Inside Sermfy
Open the Help Center already signed in as yourself from inside the main Sermfy app, so a support agent knows who you are without explaining.
One click to the Help Center
Inside the main Sermfy app itself, not the Help Center site, a Help & Support icon or menu item opens the Help Center in a new tab, already signed in as you.
Why being signed in matters
Because you arrive already signed in, if your question ends up going to a support agent, they already know who you are and which account you're asking about, so you don't have to re-explain your church, your role, or your account details before getting help.
Best practice
Reach for the in-app Help & Support icon rather than navigating to the Help Center separately when you're already working in Sermfy, it saves a step and means any support conversation starts with the right context already in place.
