Talking to a Live Support Agent
Escalate from the Help Center chat to a real person, get a ticket number to reference later, and share photos in a live conversation.
Escalating from chat
When the Help Center's chat assistant can't fully answer your question, clicking "Talk to a Human instead" lets you leave a message for the Sermfy support team.
What you get right away
Leaving a message this way gives you a ticket number, and sometimes a support PIN, worth saving in case you need to reference the conversation again later.
When an agent is available
If a support agent is available, your message opens into a real-time conversation, complete with typing indicators so you can see when a reply is coming, and the ability to attach photos, useful for showing exactly what you're seeing on your screen.
Save your ticket number (and PIN, if you're given one), it's your reference if you need to follow up on the same issue later rather than starting over.
Best practice
Have your ticket number handy before following up on an issue, and keep photos ready if your issue is something visual, it usually speeds up getting to a resolution.
