Chatting with the Help Center Assistant
Ask the Help Center's chat assistant a question and get an instant answer pulled from real help articles, with a link to the full article.
Where to find it
The Sermfy Help Center, a separate site from the main Sermfy app, has a chat assistant in the corner of the page, it answers questions instantly by searching real help articles rather than making something up.
How answers are sourced
When you ask a question, the assistant searches the Help Center's actual articles and gives you an answer along with a link out to the full article it drew from, so you can read more detail or context if the short answer isn't quite enough.
When it can't fully help
If the assistant can't answer your question well enough, you can click "Talk to a Human instead" from the same chat window to reach the Sermfy support team directly.
Best practice
Try the chat assistant first for quick questions, how something works, where a setting lives, it's faster than searching through articles yourself, and it's built to hand you off to a real person when your question needs one.
