Viewing a Member's Full Profile
Everything about a member, attendance, giving, groups, and Life Events, in one place.
What's on the profile
A member's profile brings together their basic details, contact info, group memberships, attendance summary, giving history, Life Events, and any Follow-Up cases, all in one place rather than spread across separate pages.
Tabs and sections
Depending on what your church uses, you'll see sections like Attendance Summary, Groups, Documents (any generated Membership Cards), and Life Events history, each pulling live from that module rather than a stale snapshot.
If you're trying to understand why a member is flagged for follow-up, their profile's Attendance Summary and any open Follow-Up case are usually the fastest place to check, rather than cross-referencing separate pages.
Editing from the profile
Most fields can be edited directly from the profile without navigating to a separate edit page, changes save immediately once confirmed.
