Sharing a Visitor Registration Link or QR Code
Let guests register themselves as Visitors, the same self-service pattern used for Member self-registration.
Where to find it
From the Visitors list, use the menu to Copy Registration Link or Generate Registration QR, this produces a public link and a branded QR code specific to Visitor registration, separate from your Member self-registration link.
Why a separate link from Members
Visitor self-registration is meant for first-time guests, not existing members re-registering, keeping the two links distinct avoids someone accidentally creating a duplicate Visitor record for a person who's already a full Member.
Put your Visitor QR code at your welcome table and your Member QR code somewhere aimed at people already engaged with your church (a new-member class flyer, for example), the right link in the right place reduces mismatched records.
Best practice
Periodically check who's registering through your Visitor link versus who should really be using the Member link, if you notice existing attendees registering as Visitors repeatedly, that's a sign to make your Member registration option more visible to them directly.
