Assigning a Teacher to a Children's Ministry Class
Shows that teachers are regular Members assigned to a class the same way leaders are assigned to any other group.
A teacher is a real Member
Teachers on a Children's Ministry class aren't a special role type of their own, they're regular Members assigned to the class the same way a leader or worker gets assigned to any other group in your church.
No separate teacher setup
Because of that, there's no separate "add a teacher" workflow to learn, you assign a Member to the class through Groups exactly as you would assign a small group leader or a worship team member to their group, and they show up on the class the same way.
Best practice
Assign at least two teachers to every class where possible, since Groups already supports multiple leaders on one group without any Children's Ministry-specific limitation, that gives you built-in coverage when one teacher is unavailable on a given week.
