Generating a Members Report
Step through the wizard to produce a PDF or Excel report of your membership.
Getting started
From Reports, choose Members as the report type and step through the wizard, the current version supports PDF and Excel output, generated synchronously so you'll see it complete without needing to check back later.
Choosing what to include
The wizard lets you filter which members are included (by branch, type, status, and more) and which fields appear as columns, so a report handed to Finance can look different from one handed to Follow-Up.
A synchronous report means the page waits for generation to finish before showing your download, for very large member lists this can take a few extra seconds, that's expected rather than a sign something's stuck.
Re-running later
Reports aren't saved as recurring templates yet, each report is generated fresh from the wizard, if you run the same report regularly, expect to reselect your filters each time for now.
