What Happens After You Submit a Partner Application

Two possible outcomes

Once you submit your application, it either gets approved automatically on the spot, or it goes to the Sermfy team for review before a decision is made, which path yours takes depends on the details of your application rather than anything you do differently at submission time.

If you're approved

You'll receive an email containing a link to set your own password and log in to the Partner Portal, along with your referral code, the same code your future referral link will be built from.

If your application is under review

There's no separate status page to check before you're approved, so if your application isn't approved instantly, watch for the approval email rather than trying to log in early, since partner credentials don't exist until that decision has been made.

Your referral code arrives in the same email as your password-setup link, so hold onto that email, it's effectively your onboarding packet.

Best practice

Add the approval email's sender to your contacts as soon as you apply, so a manual review decision doesn't end up delayed in a spam folder while you're waiting on it.
