Understanding the Minimum Payout Threshold
Explains why a minimum balance is required before you can request a payout and how to track your progress toward it.
Why there's a minimum
Sermfy requires your Eligible commission balance to pass a minimum threshold before you can request a payout, this keeps payout processing focused on amounts worth the administrative effort on both sides rather than processing very small transfers one at a time.
The threshold isn't the same for everyone
The specific minimum is set per partner account rather than being a single fixed number across all partners, so what you need to clear before requesting a payout may differ from what another partner sees.
Tracking your progress toward it
Your Eligible balance is visible on both your Dashboard and Commissions page, so you can watch it build toward the threshold over time as more commissions clear from Pending into Eligible status.
Best practice
If your Eligible balance is close to the threshold, it's often worth waiting for one more commission to clear rather than requesting the moment you technically qualify, especially if you know another payment is expected soon.
