Understanding Referral and Subscription Status Badges
Explains what a church's subscription status badge means and how it connects to your commission activity.
What subscription status tells you
Every referred church carries a subscription status, shown as a badge next to its name on both the dashboard and the Referrals page, reflecting where that church currently stands, for example whether it's still in an active trial or has converted to a paying subscription.
Why status matters for commission
A church's subscription status is closely tied to your commission activity, since commissions are only generated from verified subscription payments, a church still sitting in trial status hasn't yet produced any commission, while a paying church is the source of your pending, eligible, and paid amounts.
Status can change over time
A church's badge isn't fixed, a trial can convert to paying, and a paying subscription can lapse, so the same church may show a different status the next time you check compared to when it first signed up.
