Tracking a Payout: Requested, Approved, Processing, and Paid
Walks through each stage a payout moves through so you know what's happening while you wait.
Statuses to know
Once you request a payout, it moves through a series of statuses you can track: Requested, Approved, Processing, and finally Paid, with Failed and Cancelled as the two statuses that mean the payout didn't complete the normal way.
From request to payment
A payout starts as Requested the moment you submit it, moves to Approved once an admin has reviewed and signed off on it, then to Processing while the actual transfer is being handled, and finally to Paid once the money has reached you.
What each status confirms
Requested confirms Sermfy has received your request, Approved confirms an admin has reviewed it and it's moving forward, Processing means the transfer itself is underway, and Paid is your confirmation that the funds have actually gone out, each stage is a checkpoint rather than just a label.
