Requesting a Payout
Covers how payout requests work, including why you can't request only part of your eligible balance.
Requesting once you clear the threshold
Once your Eligible commission balance passes the minimum threshold set for your account, a request payout option becomes available to you, letting you initiate a payout rather than waiting for Sermfy to reach out first.
Your whole eligible balance, not part of it
Requesting a payout reserves your entire current Eligible balance for an admin to review and process, you can't cherry-pick only some of it, whatever sits in Eligible at the moment you request is what gets locked in for that payout.
If your balance spans more than one currency
If your Eligible balance is split across more than one currency, self-service payout requests aren't available yet for that balance, you'll need to contact Sermfy support directly to arrange the payout instead.
Because a payout request reserves your entire Eligible balance, any commission that clears into Eligible status after you've submitted the request won't be included, it'll wait for your next payout instead.
Best practice
Think about timing before requesting, if you know a large commission is about to move from Pending to Eligible, waiting a short while to request your payout means it gets swept into the same payout rather than sitting until the next one.
