Logging In to the Partner Portal
Explains why partners use a separate login from churches and Sermfy staff, and how to set your password the first time.
A separate login for partners
The Partner Portal has its own login, kept deliberately apart from any church's login and from Sermfy's internal admin login, because as a partner you're neither a church user nor a Sermfy staff member, you're an outside referrer with your own dashboard.
Setting your password
The approval email includes a link to set your own password for the first time, use that link rather than trying to guess a login page on your own, once your password is set you log in with your email and that password going forward.
What you will and won't see
Logging in gives you access to your own referral activity, dashboard, referrals, commissions, payouts, and resources, it never gives you visibility into any referred church's internal data, members, finances, attendance, or anything else a church itself would see if it logged into its own account.
